The forum represents clubs in the city and surrounding areas, plus the Plymouth Schools learn to row project, and the Universitys 'Explore Rowing' project.
The forum also organises an annual event, the 'PRF Challenge', a fundraiser which helps to run the learn to row project where local businesses and groups can compete against each other in an evening of fun and games.
The vision
One of the aims of the Plymouth Rowing Forum is to teach people how to row, and then signpost them to local clubs:
- You want to learn to row? If you are 18 or under, please see the 'Junior Learn To Row' page. If you are over 18, please see the 'Adult Learn To Row' page
- You have completed a learn to row course.... Now you will be signposted to a local rowing club, depending on the discipline you would like to try
